P.R.I.M.E. Benefit Systems, Inc., is a registered Third Party Administrator. We are dedicated to helping independent insurance brokers and their clients maintain, or even increase, employee benefits in the face of relentless cost pressures. We are headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with a broker service office in Cedar Falls, Iowa. When we incorporated in 1988, we decided that we would NOT compete with the same brokers we served; thus, we do NOT solicit the sale of insurance products. This decision means that we serve only the interests of the client and their employees.
Since administration is our only business, we do it well, as any of our over 280 clients can attest. Once the CREATIVE work begins, the client ends up with a plan design, made up of components many didn’t even know existed, which produces a genuinely satisfactory result.
P.R.I.M.E. has a family of employees, some of whom have been with us over 15 years. We don’t buy large claims paying software systems to administer benefits. Rather, we use our own “home grown” software that reliably administers and tracks benefits that, in many cases, requires a customized approach.
Our approach is not to say we are “saving” a business owner any money. Rather, we are crafting a benefit plan that delivers a consistently high level of benefits at a reasonable cost. We define a satisfied client as one whose employees rarely complain about their benefits, but instead understand and appreciate them. Furthermore, the satisfied client knows that he or she is containing the cost of those benefits over time.
